Players must be down in Tampa by Wednesday night (we start play very early on Thursday morning) and will return no earlier than late Saturday afternoon.

Players can fly either w/family or with the team coach on the team flight.

Any player who is traveling alone and/or needs transportation to/from the airport, should book the coaches’ flight (or one immediately prior), and their coach will drive players from the Tampa airport to the hotel.

For team flights: see details below.
If you are interested in traveling with the coaches, please call, text or email Coach Anthony ASAP. You will be making your own flight reservation, but we want to  know who is traveling with us.
If players do not fly down with the coaches, it will be up to the players and their families to get them to the team hotel..

On-site Info: Hotel:

Because this is a USA FH sanctioned tournament, all players must go through the team’s group travel (set up through USA FH’s travel agency) for their hotel accommodations.

Anthony has reserved a block of team rooms through USA FH for players and coaches.
Players and coaches will travel together from California to Tampa, FL and stay together as a team at a team hotel.  This tournament is considered a “stay to play tournament” which means we have to stay at a USA field hockey sanctioned hotel and book our hotel reservations through USA Field Hockey.

If you are a family member who wants to book a hotel room at the team hotel in our reservation block, please contact Coach Anthony ASAP!

If you have any questions at all re: travel details, please contact Coach Anthony, as he is handling the teams’ travel arrangements.
